TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Single or serial operation
• Pneumatic components requiring no lubrication and eliminating oil mist ejection
• Water-cooled transformer and secondary circuit , i.e. electrodes , electrode holders and welding arms
• Throttle-return valves to control the speed of the electrodes, and compressed air bleed dampers to reduce noise levels.
• A foot-operated two-stage start button, which, in addition to the function of single or serial operation, makes it possible to press two workpieces together without current and, after checking the positioning by pressing the button more deeply, weld them in a fixed position
• Synchronous, thyristor with built-in protective thermostat and phase-cut current control
• Electrode force regulated by a pressure regulator unit equipped with a pressure gauge and a filter for automatic air stripping
• Optional proportional valve to electronically control the clamping force of the clamping system
• Safety switch immediately shuts down the welding machine.
• Possibility to use bent, flat and special electrodes
