Linear welding machines of the ZLm type are used for horizontal line welding of flat or pre-formed sheet metal parts that require responsible and tight connection. ZLd type in-line welding machines are used for vertical in-line welding of tubular components. They are primarily used in the process of linear welding of pipe elements with joints, bottoms, elbows and other elements that require responsible and tight connection. The working range of this type of welding machines includes objects with diameters from 20 to 100 mm, while the wall thickness of welded elements can be from 0.5 to 6 mm.
The machines are equipped with quality control systems, both of the workpiece itself and of the entire welding process. We can also equip them with production management systems to control the flow of workpieces and finished products.
