CAR POINT mobile spot welding machine
The spot welder is designed for a wide range of applications in the engineering industry and auto repair shops. The unit can be equipped with both a multi-function gun and a pneumatic welding handle, providing versatility and efficiency for a variety of tasks.
The multi-functional gun offers spot welding with one-sided access, as well as welding and pulling of various types of parts such as pins, nails, washers, rivets and screws. In addition, the gun can be used as a dent puller, making it an extremely versatile tool in any professional workshop.
The welding tongs are equipped with a variety of tips that allow precise access to hard-to-reach areas, especially in car bodies. Thus, the device meets the highest standards of efficiency and quality necessary for professional use.

POWER GUN technology allows for high spot welding currents with low absorption rates, the use of longer (5 m) and lighter cables for better holding and wider operating range, and minimal magnetic fields around the cables. Automatic pressure monitoring provides excellent control of the force applied to the gun electrodes.
It is particularly suitable for workshop and industrial applications and also provides excellent results on high-strength steel (HSS)/boron and galvanized sheets.
The innovative SMART AUTOSET technology, with its automatic recognition of materials and thicknesses, eliminates setup time and guarantees optimal spot welding, even if the types of steel to be processed are not known.
WAVE technology facilitates interaction with the machine and tracks all operating parameters for processing and reporting.
